LICENSE AGREEMENT

This software license agreement entitles the licensee to install the purchased code on a single server for unlimited use thereupon, excluding deployment under multiple domains on that server. Licensee must purchase additional licenses or an "Unlimited License" to deploy the application on multiple domains. Licensee may not redistribute code in any form. Licensee may modify code for any reason, so long as code is not redistributed or installed on more than a single (hardware) server. Modified code may not qualify for support.

Any use of the databases and software contained in the 6.0 CF Calendar Application zip file is on an "AS IS" basis. Technomagination, LLC (THE "LICENSOR") EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WRITTEN OR ORAL, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE LICENSOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF USE, OR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES THAT RESULT FROM USE OF THIS DATA AND SOFTWARE, EVEN IF MADE EXPRESSLY AWARE OF THE POSSIBILITY THEREOF. THE LIABILITY OF THE LICENSOR SHALL NEVER EXCEED THE DOLLAR AMOUNT THAT THE LICENSEE PAID TO THE LICENSOR FOR THE USE OF THE DATA AND SOFTWARE DURING THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE DATE OF A CLAIM. Any rights not expressly granted in this license are reserved to the Licensor, and the Licensor may enforce such rights on its own behalf.
